Melolist (“we” or “us”) respects intellectual property rights and is committed to addressing valid copyright concerns. This policy describes how we handle complaints about content accessible through the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to this Copyright Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

YouTube API notice. The App uses YouTube API Services so you can search, view, and interact with publicly available video content. Those features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The App does not host, upload, store, or distribute third-party media files on its own servers. Content is accessed through user-initiated searches and requests. All content, trademarks, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

1. Third-Party Content

The App lets users search, view, and interact with third-party content through user-initiated API requests.

We do not control, review, approve, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, ownership, or legality of third-party content accessed through the App.

You are responsible for using that content in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of content owners.

2. Copyright Infringement

We respect copyright owners and do not intentionally provide access to infringing content.

If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your rights, or the rights of a party you are authorized to represent, submit a complaint to the contact below. We will review valid complaints and may restrict or disable access to the reported content through the App.

4. Copyright Complaint Requirements

To process your complaint, please include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work, with enough information to locate it in the App, such as:
   • Video ID
   • Direct link
   • Title
   • Search keywords
   • Screenshots from the App
2. Your full legal contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
4. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
5. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to submit the complaint.

5. Our Response to Copyright Complaints

After a valid, complete complaint, we will review it and may:

• Review the reported identifiers and related technical information
• Restrict, block, or disable access to the reported content through the App
• Add identifiers to our content restriction system
• Take other measures needed for copyright and legal compliance
• Refer the complaint to the relevant platform or content provider where appropriate

6. Repeat Infringing Content

We may restrict access to specific content identifiers or sources where copyright concerns are repeated.
